App não funciona bem
Não consegui finalizar a reserva porque a app bloqueava na parte da submissão dos documentos. Mesmo assim, recebi um email a dizer que iriam ser cobrados 18€. Péssima experiência
Pior app e pior serviço de sempre
App em que não é possível fazer alteração de reserva. Serviço de apoio ao cliente que não resolve nada e exigem que cartões não tenham o 3D secure ativo, serviço esse obrigatório através de normativa europeia. Julgo que este último tema nem legal é, uma vez que coloca em risco todos os clientes - irá ser avaliado junto das entidades competentes!
