Fiz 2 reserva em no site, na altura escolhi a opção de pagamento na entrada do alojamento loriga hostel Serra da Estrela,
Mesmo com o e-mail comprovando que o pagamento só seria na altura, foi descontado dois valores de €23,60 no caso €47,20
Liguei para vosso operadores e me indicaram que entrariam em contacto cmg por e-mail, feito o contacto solicitando a fatura de pagamento dos €23,60 envio sendo assim passa dois meses e recebo um e-mail indicando que tentaram entrar em ctt cmg, (mentira) eu na mesma hora que recebo o e-mail respondo indicando que não tenho chamadas perdidas no telemóvel, depois de um tempo volto a entrar em ctt com eles indicam que vão entrar em ctt e nada até agr já me pediram outro número envio e nada já se passa 3 meses e nada, o site não dá nenhum suporte em relação ao reembolso, ligo para seus operadores e dizem que não podem fazer nada devido ser uma relação entre o jurídico deles, sinceramente uma falta de comprometimento com o cliente, deixa aqui a minha infeliz relação com esse site, ainda bem q foi a minha primeira e última reserva…
My reservation is not in the system
I’m at my hostel and they don’t have space for me. Hotels.com doesn’t work with this hostel. How can I have a booking paid?

Ne fonctionne généralement pas
Application non accessible avec mes iPhone avec la dernière version d’iOS… auparavant la validation pour éviter les bots avec la reconnaissance d’images était inutilement longue et fastidieuse. De gros progrès à faire chez pour conserver ses clients
