In app purchase issue

So, I purchased a chest of diamonds with the cost of 22€ but I did not have any money left on my credit card and it still let me make the purchase. After that I went to the apple payment history and it said that my purchase was pending even though I had gotten the diamonds already. I tried putting a different credit card with 22€ on it on my phone to try and pay the 22€ I had to pay in the first place and the purchase is still pending, does anyone have a clue of what to do???

I would give it a 5 star if it wasn't the 1 hour and half to get a key and the amount of diamonds you earn in the game per the amount of diamonds is requested to go to special scenes..

Ridiculous micro transactions

Ive played only 2 books and they were pretty good. But the ammount of micro transactions necessary to play at its full extent is utterly ridiculous. In my opinion micro transactions shouldn't be forced to get the full experience out of a game but only to make it easier or softer but if you re going to force them at least do it at reasonable values. The ammount of diamonds you have to use in each premium choice is utterly ridiculous and not only that it just climbs the further you go and sometimes you have multiple premium choices in a single chapter. You either should make it so people that are really into the game can grind the currency for free through playing it a lot or reduce the ammount of diamonds needed to play the game so qe dont have to use our whole bank account
