MAINTENANCE
In the maintenance section you can access the services carried out on your Ducati*, view the scheduled services, and be informed in real time about available updates so you’re always sure that your bike has the highest level of safety and functionality.
*all service coupons performed from July 2019 on motorcycles registered since 2015 are available for viewing. Scheduled services are visible on motorcycles manufactured from 2021.

DEALER
The best way to find the dealer closest to your location and how to reach it. Choose your favourite dealer, check the services offered and contact them directly if you have any queries.

Losing data

Good morning Ducati. the app is always losing data on my bike and I have to keep registering the bike again. thanks

App language is in German

For some reason my Ducati app is in German although I do not leave or understand German. And there is no possibility to change the language. Therefore I cannot use the app
