Nice but too slow to progress due to ad bug.

The game is ok but for some reason it doesn’t allow me to watch ads to get rewards. It keeps giving an error message that “Ads haven’t loaded yet”. Everything is expensive to upgrade so without the ad rewards my progress is extremely slow. Also, there is no way to contact game support to report any issues. I will uninstall game.
