Doesn’t regenerate according to prompt

Asked for 90 seconds video with shots no longer than 1.5 seconds. I specified like 20 locations to show. It gave me a 25 minute video with a lot of BS commentary. The sad part is that the voice over was on city A while showing footage from city B. When I asked to shorten it to max 1.5 minutes, it extended the scenes to 5 minutes each. And remember I had already over 12 scenes. I must do something wrong but it’s not listening. I said remove all video and use photographs only. Refused to do that too. But it wrote let’s do this and that etc but the video totally ignored the prompts. I’m experimenting with the Max version but I’m not impressed yet.
