Ratings and Reviews
Lack of speakers
You can’t access settings for some speakers like Charge 5 per example, so if someone tries to take control of your speaker there’s no way of stopping as you can’t put an access code or block people from accessing the speaker.
Connection drops and lack of features
The app is very basic in comparison with the apps of concurrent brands. I don’t believe that it’s not possible to do better for a high end soundbar like this (JBL Bar 1000). Also, and more serious, the iOS app is always loosing connection to the soundbar. 7 ou of 10 times a reset is needed to be able to connect again. Come on JBL… you can do much better than this.
Incomplete application
The app lacks a lot of features. My soundbar (bar 1000) could have more features and more updates as for the cost of this product the software leaves a lot to be desired. We need more features both in the app and in the soundbars
