App stopped working
Really like the Klarstein smart infrared heaters but the app support is lacking. After installing an update of the app a couple of weeks ago, and having to reconnect all devices via wifi (long procedure usually with several failed attempts until the device is recognized), today the app won’t open at all. Please fix this asap, otherwise the heating devices are useless, can’t be programmed.
Edit: the new version 5.0.2. solved the issue I had. Thanks for the update! Now it works well and deserves 4 stars.
Only exception is that when I use both, the manual control and the app control, the app doesn't get actualized, only after restarting.

Unable to sync my AC
Since 6.0 I’m unable to sync my Smart 10K and to be honest the reason I bought the AC with WiFi was to control it away from home. So, if I was able to sync it with the previous version the problem must be the app! Hope the developer can state their position since I tried to contact Klarstein and no answer so far (2+ weeks and no answer)
App update
Actualizei a app e deixou de ter receitas, e o painel de control como todas as apps de sous vide têm. Não passa duma app de control básico de aparelhos com wi-fi, sem qualquer especificidade
