* Added a notification when a participant's name is changed by an administrator/moderator.

* Fixed a bug in webinars: buttons on the bottom panel were not clickable when the camera was on, unless you were the speaker.

* Fixed a bug: in rooms where avatars are disabled, the avatar would still appear in the slot when expanded to full screen.
