Liftin' is a premium app, but you can try it for free. Track up to five workouts per month with the free version.

You can upgrade to Liftin' Unlimited right in the app, this is the full version without any limitations. As an introductory offer, you get one month for free. After that the price is $24.99 / year.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Fantastic

I’ve tried a lot of other apps before landing on Liftin’, there was just no competition for me. Great usability, great companion app on the Apple Watch, great design blending with iOS and constant updates. 100% recommend. Give it a try.

Lack of exercises

Already made a review about searching for exercises by muscles groups in the past.
Well…unfortunatelly i’ll just add 1more star to the rating given before.
Feel really disapointed because it’s a great app, but now that i can search with more accuracy i’ve found that the library for exercises is not so great. I can’t set up any of my gym plans in full because a lot of exercises are missing. Wonder if the developer could load a library like “Fitness Point Pro” app…
It could improve not only to have a thumbnail next to the exercise name but also that avatar with highlighted muscles on each exercise.
Really want to use this app but right now doesn’t serve my needs.
I’ll keep an eye on future updates.

I will definitely look into expanding the built in exercise library, but in the meantime you can add your own custom exercises to the app. In the add exercises view, tap the ••• button in the bottom right and select “Create new exercise”.
