Drop-ins provide quick and easy content on a range of topics from a short mindfulness session to easy to make recipes. In courses, we will walk you through topics such as stress, mental health and connection to learn and improve your wellbeing in a way that works for you
• Wellbeing webinars: Now more than ever, we need to connect to others. We stream both physical and mental wellbeing content that’s available across your organisation.

• Wellbeing journal: Properly understand your wellbeing. Track your wellbeing and use the data to take the correct actions to help you to improve your mood and wellbeing.
We use 4 pillars to understand how you are feeling, including mood, energy, sleep and nutrition.
• Savings: We work with a number of top wellbeing sites to pass on discounts to our users, whether that be savings on nutritious meals sent straight to your door, or discounts on video therapy + much, much more
