Dashboard
Employees and HR managers will get a quick overview of important HR metrics. They can see the number of employees present in the office, those working from home, and those who are absent.


Attendance
To mark their attendance using a thumb punch or by logging in to the app.
Provide a summary of late/early arrivals, missed punches, and work-from-home days.

Leave
Apply for different types of leaves, such as vacation, sick leave, or work from home, directly from the app.
View their leave balances, including the number of leaves taken and the number of leaves remaining.
HR managers can approve or reject leave requests.

Shifts
The Shifts feature will allow employees to view their shift schedules and timings for each day.

Payments
Employees with details on their salary, including basic pay, overtime pay, deductions, and taxes.
Employees can update their bank account details, and receive notifications when their salary is calculated and disbursed.

Profile
Employees can view and edit their personal information, including their name, contact details, and password.
They can also upload or update their profile picture.


Reports:

In-Out Report: Provides a detailed overview of an employee's daily attendance, including exact arrival and departure times, and total hours worked.
Late/Early Report: Tracks an employee's punctuality, recording early and late arrivals to monitor attendance and ensure expectations are met.
Short Hour Report: Tracks hours worked by employees with detailed records of arrival and departure times to ensure work hour obligations are met.
Missing Thumb Report: Tracks instances where an employee has not provided their biometric thumbprint when required, which could indicate a violation of company policy or an issue with the equipment.
Clarification Report: Provides details about an employee's arrival or departure time to manage attendance and ensure adherence to schedule and punctuality policies.
Salary Report: Provides detailed information about an employee's compensation, including basic pay, missed pay, earned pay, paid time off, overtime pay, bonus pay, and final pay.
Salary Summary Report: Provides a summary of information about employee salaries, including name, date of payment, payment method, salary amount, deductions or taxes are taken out, and net pay.


The app also includes a variety of useful features. You can apply for leave, overtime, work from home, or missing thumb through the app, as well as receive notifications about salary calculations and other important updates. You can also change your password with ease, ensuring your data is secure.

Location: LizHR app requires access to your device's location to provide you with location-based services The LizHR app requires location access for the in and out thumb feature
Camera: The camera permission is necessary for our app to use the augmented reality features or to take photos or videos related to your LizHR profile picture.
