This app will enable you to track the issue/complaint/request handling time, so you will know exactly how efficient the issue handling process. Each time a new ticket is opened, it starts a timer so that you can see how long they are open for, and how long until they are completed.
The system will also ensure that none of the issues are being closed prematurely and no issues are left behind!
