Not usable for all staff travel beneficiaries!
Not all retired staff who are entitled to ID travelling have valid active airline emails, therefore it doesn’t work for such cases… and therefore no chance to experience issues reported by others.
Still doesn’t work
I did all the steps (register, check the verification email, etc) and when I tried to login it sent me a new verification email. When I return to the app and click on “Click here to login after verification” I kept receiving verification emails. I already removed the app and installed again but kept the same. There’s still some bug. Thank you in advance
Doesn’t open
The app doesn’t open on my iPhone 14 Pro with the latest iOS version. Can someone please fix this? Thanks
