Touch ID requiring validation every time
Even after activating the Touch ID, often the app asks me again and again for my credentials.
After entering them and activating the Touch ID again, the next time I log in, I will be asked again for the credentials.

Dear Marco4m4. Thank you for your message. If you want to use biometric data to log in, it is important that you do not actively log out after your session in mySWICA. If you actively log out, the next time you log in you will automatically be asked for your e-mail, password and SMS code again because it is assumed that the next login could potentially be made with different login data. You can therefore activate biometrics in the settings and close the app without hesitation instead of logging out and log in again using biometrics the next time. J’ai déjà appelé le service client plusieurs fois pour demander la communication en français si l’assurance est seulement faite pour les alémaniques ça ne me concerne pas

Bonjour Fodasse3@. mySWICA utilise la dernière langue utilisée dans mySWICA pour les notifications. Si vous avez choisi le français, les notifications doivent être en français.
