Pro Lifetime does not restore purchase

I bought the Pro version (ligetime) a few months ago. now I do not restore purchase to Pro and have limited my program automatically. I feel wrong.

Can´t connect to microsoft woksheet

Constantly trying to connect and retrieve information from a worlksheet and never find it. Can´t get help or support.

In some cases, even though Numerics has been granted the permissions to your Excel Office when you add your account, the changes take time to propagate to the Excel API. As a result, the worksheets are sometimes not visible instantly. We recommend you to refresh the workbooks list in Numerics again.

Numerics can only show the workbooks and worksheets that were created in the Office 365 environment. This means, if the sheets were created using a non MS Excel client app like Google Spreadsheets, then the API is unable to show the worksheets in Numerics.

We recommend you to create a new Excel workbook in Office 365 and try connecting again. If this does not work or you have any other questions, please reach out to us via support and we’d be happy to help.

Full of errors. lack of user data control display. Limit in several issues.
