Missing the must popular language in the world, Portuguese.
Also, better design in page transfer.
Return me my money!
Paysera blocked my account without a single warning with funds on it (the reason being no residency in the EU, for which I submitted all documents and waiting). They promised to transfer it my my another bank account, it’s been two weeks now - nothing is happening and the customer support doesn’t respond.
hidden charges, lying support
My wife keeps being charged for a card that was cancelled 19 months ago. Support keeps lying without even checking her account. First, she was told that her card is still active. Now, after 3 letters from us, a new agent is telling that the due is for the card fees not collected. Again lying.
Paysera used to be great. Services used to be free. Support was meaningful and caring. Now they hired teenagers without brain, untrained to think, to analyse, to do their job well.
I guess I will cancel my card too. It's better paying for another card by a quality service like N26 that being lied to and mistreated by the Russian agents in Paysera.
