Omissão do quinto andar em relação ao inquilino
Contratei o quinto andar por morar fora do Brasil e não te dor de cabeça com o inquilino. Ter um canal de comunicação transparente e que “administrasse” por mim já que também está sendo pago.
No entanto, o quinto andar tem sido omisso em relação as condutas do inquilino e não há disposição alguma em ajudar o inquilino.

Aplicativo péssimo
O aplicativo costumava ser excelente!
Depois da atualização ficou péssimo;agora pra entender como navegar,tem que fazer um curso;eu não sei como alguém pode ser pago pra fazer uma “desatualização” dessas!
