As well as reducing the likelihood of muscular skeletal injuries, the challenge is also aimed at improving tactical tests and assessments such as the 2km best effort, beep test, PES, RFTs, and 1.5mile best effort alongside many more.

Amazing App for Training

Been using this app for a few weeks and I’m really happy with how easy it makes training.
And I’ve been training for over 10 years!

Personally, I love to have a structured program. It greatly enhances my adherence to training and enjoyment.
But having an app like this means all the weights/sets are already there too and so is the progression, making it easy to follow and I notice how much more I look forward to training (despite the pain that comes along with it!).

Can’t say enough good things about it, really.
Great app, great detail, challenging training and a very cool community on Facebook. 5 out of 5.
