Don’t take their insurance
The insurance offered at the time of booking IS NOT the insurance you want to have all the damages to the rental car covered - this insurance you will have to buy at the time of signing your rental contract at the rental company. Also: not all the prepaid amount will be deducted at the time of picking up your car. Rentalcars.com customer service tries to send friendly emails with no real content or help. Once you paid-that’s it!
Goldcar Maiorca
Sad company; making threats to customers saying that if I hadn’t pay the adicional insurance despite I’m already had payed the full insurance at rental cars.
Any scratch made to the vehicle even small one I’ll had to pay or discount to the prepayment of 1,400€.
I had payed 367€ with full insurance at rental cars. When I arrived the lady of goldcar sad to me that despite I had payed the full insurance I also had to pay another insurance plus l taxes 140€ +36 and a prepayment of the fuel not yet received 143€
