Descrição
This app is perfect for quick classroom observations or for simply collecting data. This is a great tool for administrators, instructional coaches, and support teams.
Research from over 40 years has demonstrated that specific teacher behaviors are associated with increased student engagement and achievement. Student/Classroom Observation and Analysis (SCOA) is a simple application for monitoring effective teacher practices and/or student behaviors in real time during classroom instruction. This data can be used between teachers as a professional development activity, as an assessment of the degree to which an individual student is responding to teacher instruction, or as an evaluation tool for administrators wishing to capture an index of the degree to which teachers are engaging students. The application includes a walk-through style checklist and summarizes each observation. Users also have the ability to adapt the instrument by adding additional observation codes.
