Não aconselho este aplicativo por várias razões, não é de forma rápida como a publicidade diz, as taxas são altas e atendimento no apoio ao cliente é péssimo.
Meu marido fez me uma transferência e pagou 15 euros de taxas para entre países europeu, pediram mais documentos para comprovar como pedem quando instalamos o aplicativo, o dinheiro saiu logo da conta é só caiu 5 dias depois, independente de ser dias os úteis ou não procuramos esses aplicativos por ser rápido e dinheiro cair logo na conta, o que não aconteceu. Não é rápido, e sim caro, não é prático e o atendimento é péssimo, em 5 dias apenas uma pessoa teve paciência para explicar tudo como funciona.
Se querem comprovar a veracidade da transferência com comprovativo de morada, B.I e etc porque que tiram logo o dinheiro da conta do remetente? Para isso vou ao meu banco que pago menos e sei com quem trabalho. Infelizmente a experiência foi péssima e stressante.

I send a money on Friday night to my nepal bank account. But still i haven’t received.. when I contacted the customer care they didn’t reply anything.. how can i get in touch with your company.. i live in portugal
