Can you guys remove taeil’s cards from the game?

The game won’t open
After installing the new update the game will close itself after the loading screen
Error- loading screen
Hi, ever since this last update my game has been having issues loading. It takes a long time to load and when it finally gets to the end, it tells me that I don’t have Internet connection even tho I have and everything else on my phone works. When I try to restart or even change to my mobile data it still doesn’t let me open the game. I have deleted it and installed it again a bunch of times and still nothing. As a long time player I know that there’s bound to be bugs sometimes, but it’s getting annoying, specially with an event occurring right now. Please try and fix this.
Update - I managed to make the game start yesterday but it stayed on the loading screen at least 3 hours, which is ridiculous, and later when I wanted to start it again to play again it didn’t work anymore. Today I still cannot get in the game, after deleting and installing again and trying on other devices, it gets stuck on 10.01% for hours. Please update it again to fix this issue, I’m sure I am not the only one and it’s frustrating, because it’s the 10th anniversary and I’m losing all the events currently going on and the rewards.
