Useless if you are from Portugal

T-mobile doesn’t have in the database several country code to allow the usage of Credit Cards. Portugal is one of those countries.

Also, it not allows the usage of emails that you already used before with them… wish is pathetic

Cant get the refunds

Im in Portugal - Europe, and bought the 15 USD mountly plan from T-Mobile USA because I need to receive SMS to validate an online service. After the purchase, the e-sim fully instaled on my Iphone, but there are not signal. So I tryed to demand my 14 days refund right, but in the website chat, they told me I need to make a call to 1(800) number. This call will cost me more than 30 USD if I made it from Portugal, and I want to cancel the purchase so easily as i bought. I did not need to call any number to buy the plan, so, the same must apply to cancel the plan. Hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you
