TEAM - accounting for any business:
- warehouse (inventory management);
- finance management: cash flow, money, multi-currency, incomes and expenses control, profit, loss and financial result;
- sales tracker and customer relationship management (CRM);
- purchase orders, sales orders tracking;
- debts, payables, receivables of customers, suppliers and other partners;
- invoices and estimates;
- accounting for production, assembly of goods;
- simple bookkeeping.
You can work in the app OFFLINE, without the Internet. All data is stored on your device.
Team is very careful with your data, it is not sent anywhere and is not stored anywhere, except for your devices and your Google Drive or Yandex.Disk (to sync between your devices).
The app allows you:
- buy or sell goods and services (wholesale, retail, debt, cash, store credit),
- sales and purchase order tracking,
- print and share Invoices, Estimates, Order confirmations,
- resale between your different legal entities,
- pay, accept payments, transfer money between accounts,
- accounting in different currencies, multi-currency accounting, automatic conversion by currency exchange rates,
- set off debts automatically or manually,
- control payment terms (overdue payments),
- maintain inventory records: receipts, write-offs, movements, assembly/disassembly, perform physical inventory,
- create and share price lists,
- price adjustments, different price types (purchasing, retail, retail -10%, etc.), you can create price types yourself,
- you can assign a discount and a specific price type to the partner,
- storing the entire price history,
- maintain production operations, production orders, create bills of materials, sub-BOM,
- calculate orders to suppliers and production orders by needs,
- estimate and control your expenses and profitability,
- getting comprehensive reports, flexible configuration of reports, various filters, sorting, saving settings and options for reports, share PDF / EXCEL reports,
- accounting for expiration dates, product series,
- accounting of goods in various packages,
- accounting for various variants of products (color, size, etc.), the variants are created independently,
- accounting for several legal entities (organizations),
- accounting for multiple warehouses,
- storage of products in warehouse bins (address storage),
- discounts,
- various tax schemes, taxes are set for categories of goods/services, or individually for a product/service,
- add a barcode and a photo to any product,
- use the device's camera to scan barcodes, search barcodes,
- use your company's logo in printed documents.
Products/services, partners (clients, suppliers, etc.), prices, barcodes, and initial balances can be downloaded from Google Sheets or EXCEL.
Currency rates are load automatically.
The app was created on the 1C Enterprise platform.
