Waste of money

I have paid for ad free version but the ads keep showing up. I have repeatedly chosen Restore purchase but that does not help. Neither resetting my iPhone altogether.
The App does not do what it suggested to do according to the website. Waste of money

Thank you for your input. Not sure if you have already been in touch with support, but this sounds a lot like a support issue we are already looking in to. The restore button problem you mention that seems to be affecting some users so hopefully, this will be resolved soon. We are curious to know what you believe the app does not do which the website says it does, and why the purchase is a waste of money?
