Missing Onyx Ace

How come the Onyx Ace are not available ?

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that the Tronsmart APP currently only supports the new Spunky Beat APP Version and Apollo Bold and Apollo Q10 and Apollo Air/Air+ and Studio . EQ selection constantly hanging the app

App randomly halts while choosing the EQ profile. Need to restart it to work again.

All EQ profiles boost the bass and treble but fall quite short on the mids.

There’s this constant low hissing on the background either with ANC on or OFF (not sure if it’s fault of the Apollos hardware, or a problem in the app/firmware).

We are sorry to cause you trouble. Could you please try to connect to one earphone to connect to APP first then take another one to connect? If this problem cannot be solved, please contact us at support@tronsmart.com, We will reply to you as soon as possible.
