UBA Video Banking mobile application enables customers connect face to face with UBA Customer Experience Experts and Relationship Managers from the convenience of their living and work space through video calls and resolve most of their banking queries, get information on product and promotional offers while on the go, round the clock, 365 days a year.
This service is offered exclusively to all Non Resident Nigerian(NRN ) Customers and Black, Platinum, Gold Card Customers as well as Visa Dual Currency Card customers of the bank. Providing them with the opportunity to interact with the bank in real time. This application is targeted at enhancing the customer’s experience through human interaction at anytime from anywhere across the globe.
