Urban Sports Club 4+

I have started last week using this app and I think this club is very interesting. congrats for the idea. I love the live classes because for people who don't live in the center of the city, it gives more options and opportunities to practice.
Nevertheless, I would like to make a suggestion: when searching for studios, we only have predefined filters (with fixed options), but I suggest including a free space to search by writing the name of the studio. Now, If I know the name and I want to find some specific studio, I need to select the filters and look between all studios with the same offers, and that takes a lot of time.

Great to see you enjoying the Option of live Classes and On-Site Classes. In the filter Option, you can actually type in the Name of the desired partner, when clicking on the Venue button. They charge you a €13 for each missed class, which I knew NOTHING about. When you miss a class they consider it taught (which is fine), so you basically pay an amount of a lesson. But then they charge you additional €13 for each missed class. I ended up paying €52 for nothing + the 4 taught passes.

No prior warning, nothing. Avoid the app at all costs

The first No-Show never gets charged, but there is a notification informing about the possible consequences of not showing up without letting the instructors know. 

We understand this is unfortunate though, In case you received an unjustified No Show please reach out through the contact form and comment the ticket number. :)
