Values Ink is a simple card sort task that helps you explore and clarify your life values. Values are enduring beliefs and attitudes that guide our daily behaviour. In essence they reflect what we stand for in life, and who we want to be. People who know their values are often happier, more focussed, and live a more meaningful life. Enjoy this exploration of your own unique values profile.
Values Ink was created by psychologists Jo Mitchell & Anna Box for the AFL Players' Association. They drew inspiration from the work of Russ Harris, Joseph Ciarrochi and Aaron Jarden to create the content for this app. App development by Gabriel Course Design.
