Cadastre uma moeda de origem e não mude nunca mais!

Fiz meu cadastro no site do Brasil (onde era permitido enviar reais para receber qualquer outra moeda) e agora que estou em Portugal e quero enviar euros ao Brasil, não consigo pq nem o App e nem o site me permite mudar a moeda de origem que está em reais. Acessando o site de Portugal e tentando fazer o login ou o cadastro, ele não me permite e me direciona para o site brasileiro (onde como disse, só me permite enviar reais para outras moedas). Ou seja é um círculo vicioso, site brasileiro me direcionando para o português e o português me direcionando para o brasileiro!
Entrei em contato via inbox da única “ajuda” que e me deram foi e ir efetuar a transferência na loja. Como pode uma empresa mundial e no porte da WU desenvolver algo tão limitado que não permite alterar a moeda de origem? Algo tão simples e óbvio. Se eu fosse uma viajante que cada hora estivesse em um país, ia ter que criar vários e-mails para ter vários cadastros na WU onde cada um teria uma moeda de origem diferente? Não faz sentido algum! Sem contar a limitação do atendente em apenas me direcionar para a loja física sem pensar que isso é uma ótima oportunidade de melhoria dos serviços prestados pela empresa que lhe emprega. Estou realmente indignada que um programador/desenvolvedor e os grandes “pensadores” da ideia que é o Wu, não tenham pensado em permitir que o cliente mude a moeda de origem com a mesma facilidade que muda a moeda de recebimento. Por favor, apenas melhorem, pois assim como eu, muitos outros clientes não tem tempo de ir até a loja a cada nova transferência simplesmente por uma limitação ridícula do site e app de vcs! Sem contar que estamos em 2018 né? Onde tudo é digital e cada vez menos as pessoas vão pessoalmente fazer uma transferência bancária!
