Whale songs have been known to have spiritual and healing benefits for humans. The low frequency vibrations of whale songs have a calming effect on the body and mind, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Listening to these songs can also induce a meditative state, which can help improve mental clarity and focus.

Select a song from the list of option and then hit Play at the bottom of the screen. Alternatively, use the Sleep Timer to end the audio after a set period of time.

You can also optionally enable a Solfeggio Frequency tone playing in the background. Solfeggio frequencies are a set of tones used in music and sound therapy. They are believed to have various therapeutic and healing effects on the mind and body.
