Bug fixes and improvements

This guys stole my money

I downloaded the wired app back when I hadn't an iPad. Just to kept it in the iTunes list. Then came the Toy Story cover number and i decided to purchase it. I was gonna buy the iPad eventualy, so why not? Then some upgrade of the app happened. Ok, no problem with that. This upgrade would allow me to buy issues from within the app. Great!
But then, i bought the iPad, i synced it, and went to see the Toy Story magazine I had bought. It wasn't there. This upgrade thing deleted the magazine issue. So now they want me to buy the magazine again. I contacted Apple and the only answer they had was to redownload the app. Obviously, the only thing I can get now is the app with no issues, no Toy Story. They told there would be no refund, but I DON'T WANT A REFUND! I JUST WANT THE MAGAZINE I BOUGHT!

November issue never downloaded or refunded

I bought the November issue but despite all sorts of efforts it never downloaded. Support always ansewered with a canned response and a month later is still unable to fix it or refund the purchase. I'd be wary of buying from them again.
