finally a good food delivery app!

finally that someone thought about good customer experience in this area!
the service and speed of delivery may vary depending on restaurant service and distance but overall a very good experience, with food delivered within 20-40min on average

Issue with refund and CS

While in Israel, I got delivered the wrong meal. Wolt issued a refund, which was nice of them. But I couldn’t use it in any other country where Wolt exist. When I was back to Israel, the refund credit expired, but they refused to extend it even though it expired just a couple of months before.

Absolutely Ridiculous

After using the app for over 2 years with very decent results compared to competition I have been shocked by the following situation. +100 orders

Ordered a burger with estimated delivery of 30-40min

Put my phone in my pocket

Check the phone again and the new delivery time is 127min

Contact customer support to cancel the order

After over 1h of talking to customer support order cannot be cancelled and I will have to pay in full for and order that I cannot even receive because I cannot wait for so long at the location.

Needless to say I will be deleting this app as I was massively disappointed with the way my situation was handled
