Our intention is to help you increase your awareness, deepen your connection to inner peace, and find joy through movement.
Many of us have no idea how good our body is designed to feel.
This unique blend of Yoga, Fitness, Core-Work, Therapeutics, and Somatic Exercises in the Wonderwell Embodiment Studio are designed to awaken The Wonder Body and cultivate a sense of wellbeing that vibrates from the bone, to the beyond.
All practices are created and curated by Certified Yoga Teacher, Artist, and Embodiment Educator, Kate Bone.
Join The Wonderwell Embodiment Studio and enjoy your first month free when you enroll in "The Wonderful Ten" Kate's signature 10-Day Program to Awaken The Wonder Body. Each practice is 10-minutes or less and will leave you feeling grounded, nourished, liberated, and inspired.
