You can now have insight into every in-home sales consultation and know if your sales reps are following the right process. If you want, you have the capability to go along on every consultation, for every sales rep, each and every day! Super simple setup. For security, there's a two-factor authorization to prevent unwanted recordings. Just enter the customer's name, phone, email and wait for the customer to confirm the recording. After the sales consultation is complete, the recordings are automatically uploaded to our platform when on wifi. We are able to analyze the conversation based on your sales process or ours. Quickly identify areas of opportunity to train and improve your team.
