How it works
- Choose your distracting apps (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.) [Premium]
- When you try to open them, you'll be prompted to unlock with push-ups [Premium]
- Complete your set and enjoy a time-boxed, temporary unlock (e.g., 15, 30, 60, 120 minutes) [Premium]
- All detection runs on-device — your camera data never leaves your device

Privacy
- We do not sell your data.
- Camera frames are processed on-device only to count push-ups; no camera data is uploaded.
- Screen Time APIs are used only to schedule and enforce app restrictions on your device; Screen Time data is not transmitted off device.

Account
- You can use the app without creating an account. If you choose to sign in, it's only to sync or restore access, not to gate non-account features.

Subscription
- PushUpTime offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features marked [Premium].
- Available plans:
- Monthly Premium: $12.99/month
- Yearly Premium: $24.99/year
- The billed amount is the primary price. Any calculated prices are shown secondarily in-app.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
