Binaural Beats Builder allows you to create binaural beats to help you relax, focus, sleep, and more. We do not use prerecorded beats, instead we use your devices hardware to generate the beats in real time. This ensures you get pure tones at the highest fidelity possible.

PREDEFIINED AND CUSTOM BEATS
We've included a selection of pre-defined beats to get you started. You can also create your own custom beats by selecting the "+" button in the app.

PROTOCOLS
Gradually increase or decrease the intensity of your beats over a set period of time by creating a custom protocol. This is a great way to gradually shift your state or prepare for sleep.

LIVE ACTIVITIES AND DYNAMIC ISLAND
Once you've started a beat, you can leave the app and continue to control it with live activities. This is especially useful if you're using the sleep timer or transition timer and want to do other tasks, such as listing to music, podcasts or videos.

SHORTCUTS AND SIRI SUPPORT
You can create shortcuts to quickly start your favorite beats and protocols. You can also use Siri to control your beats.
