Add a text hint for longer hold drawing, to illustrate how to create stronger line.

Fix a bug: After resurrect, the line resource count incorrect (5 more than actual count)

Lines now must be carefully draw, as lines becomes a limited resource now! But don't worry, you can get new line resources by hitting blocks! Each hit will brings back 3 draws. It will be much more fun to hit blocks rather than just going up! No-ads version will coming soon.

1. Add a reward ads for resurrect! If you score reached 500 and played at least 10 seconds, you can get another chance. when falling down, you will see an ui ask if u want to watch ads to resurrect, by press the play button, and finish the reward ads and you will be sent to a wormhole for a new born. If you prefer not to, press "No thanks" and it will end as usual. 2. A very slightly interstitial ads will be shown after several rounds, won't be so annoying. 3. Fix some rendering bug, now the stars won't be shown inside wormhole.
