Stress Less is the quickest and easiest way to recognize and react to stress.

With just a few taps you can log your current stress level. Stress Less will then provide you with personalized suggestions on how to de-stress. These suggestions are simple actionable things that you should be able to perform immediately and in under 10 minutes. The goal of the suggestions is to actively give you ways to lower your stress level when you're feeling most stressed.

If you see a suggestion you like, give it a thumbs up. Over time Stress Less will learn more about what stresses you out and what helps you de-stress. This means by using the app more you will receive more relevant suggestions.

Stress Less will also show you detailed statistics on your stress levels broken down by date, time, and location. These statistics, in addition to your stress history, can lead to discovering patterns in your stress triggers. Knowing these triggers will further help you avoid those situations and Stress Less.
