This app is a mobile extension of the robust management functionality available in the TCP web application. Now, you can manage your team efficiently from anywhere, whether you're in the office, on-site, or on the move.
With TCP MobileManager you gain access to essential features tailored to meet your managerial needs:
Employee Status: Keep track of your team's clock status and scheduled time. Monitor who's on the clock, who's on break, and who's clocked out with just a glance and have an easy overview of Employees scheduled to work today. Stay informed and make informed decisions with all the necessary information at your fingertips.
Mass Clock Operations: Execute bulk actions seamlessly to save time and effort. Perform mass clock-ins, clock-outs, start and end breaks, and change job codes or cost codes with just a few taps. Manage your team’s time easily with just a few taps on your mobile device.
Employee Information: Access the most important information about your employees such as contact details and role details.
Group hours module enables users to view and resolve work segments for Employees they manage.
Group hours screen shows list of employees and segments worked within the selected time range. Users can switch between a detailed and a high-level view. Filtering allows users to narrow down the list per desired criteria.
Users can resolve all segments in a selected time-range (‘Resolve period’) or specific segments (Resolve selection).
