I want my money back
Hello, good morning, I’m a user of the trust wallet and I want to do a complaint about the VIP mining liquidity Defi advance group. this is my problem: My money just disappeared from my wallet when this people joint me to that group without asked me to join there. Initially I was using the wallet conneted to the mining liquidity defi group in a normal way, with the money disposed in my trust wallet; now my money is not there anymore, but I can see it in this VIP group. I want my money back please. What can I do about it ? The people that are managing this VIP group said that I can have my money back just in 30 days, but according on the bad references that I can read about it on the internet, it’s a scam and they are going to disappear one day with my money. I have all the background, conversations here via WhatsApp here in my phone, between me and this people.
08-31-2024. According on the response of the software developer, I did the denounce process 2 times through the official website of the wallet and I also sent many emails to the support of the Trust Wallet without any return about it.
The thing is that I chatted by WhatsApp with a person who said that he’s an official customer support of the wallet, saying that he can help me to recover my money paying him an amount of money for the gas fee that I need to fund the start the process. I explained about it by email without any return.
I need to talk with an official support client of the company as soon as possible..!!!!
