pretty cool app but AWESOME customer service.

I only have the free version of the app, which doesn’t offer much, but what I’m the most impressed with is the customer service. There was not an option to creat an account on the screen, and it would not let me proceed without doing so. I hopped on their website and within 45 seconds I was talking to a REAL person! They explain how it was most likely a bug, and promised to fix it. Sure enough, a few hours later it’s perfect!

Inner Wisdom Shiatsu
I have been a practitioner and teacher for 30 years. This is a handy app that will save a lot of time when I need to look up a specific point. Also a good reference for clients and students.

I’m a shiatsu practioner and it’s a helpful app but it’s $40, roughly double of the other options on the market, and without a real life human model, lacking high quality navigation, and some difficulty navigating the body.It is offering something valuable, but I’m on the fence since they have over priced it. If they would bring the price to even $30, which is still the highest on the market, I would’ve given it 4-5 stars.

Hello, thanks for your feedback!If you have difficulty to navigate, please note that there is a difference between starting your finger swipe inside the body and starting it outside the body. For more information, just click on the "How to navigate" option in the lateral menu. It will give you a 30-seconds tutorial and after that you will be an expert in 3D navigation :) You can also always change the way to navigate in the app parameters.About the price, we hope to offer the highest quality app on the market, but you are the only judge on that. The free app already contains a lot and is useful in itself without spending a cent. Also, if you recommend the free app to a friend, you will be able to try the paid content for one week.Hope this answer clears your doubts. I don’t have to carry around a book to study the meridians anymore! And the 3D models in Tsubook actually show the meridians better than flat paper can. I love and appreciate the free version of this app. So much!!
