Description
◆FIJ履歴書アプリの特徴
企業担当者が外国籍人材の採用を選定する際に必ず確認する部分である(在留資格)や(日本語能力試験のスコア)などを解りやすく表示しております。また可能な限り入力項目を減らし、プルダウン内から選定頂ける機能や、例文を見ながら文章を作成しやすいようにしております。完成した履歴書は、メールやSNSツールを通じ即座に送れるようになっております。
◆FIJ履歴書アプリについて
株式会社FIJは、日本で就労しようとしている外国籍人材の就職をサポートするために2006年11月に設立されました。長年、就労をサポートさせて頂く上で外国籍の方の多くがどのように履歴書を作ればいいのか悩まれる事が多く、簡単に履歴書作成が出来る方法が無いかと模索をしておりました。
そこで、株式会社FIJでは長年の就労サポート経験を活かし、外国籍の方に手軽でスピーディに履歴書を作成して頂けるよう、外国人向け履歴書アプリを開発させて頂きました。
