「潤愛同行-地區」是一個線上義工工單管理平台。香港各個地區、社區負責人士及各功能界別機構組織成員能夠通過地區APP提交工單，工單提交後將交由潤愛同行平台的管理員進行處理與分配，被分配的義工將依據工單信息為居民們提供上門維修、清潔等服務，幫助香港居民們切實解決日常生活中遇到的實際生活難題，提供社區慈善公益服務，助力香港特區政府基層的社區治理工作。
「Longcaring-Region」 is an online volunteer work order management platform. Persons in charge of regions or communities, as well as members of organizations in various functional sectors in Hong Kong can submit work orders through the "Longcaring-Region" APP. After the work orders are submitted, they will be handed over to the administrators of Longcaring platform for processing and distribution. The assigned volunteers will provide on-site maintenance, cleaning and other services to residents based on work order information, helping Hong Kong residents effectively solve the practical problems they encounter in their daily lives. Provide community charity services to assist the grassroots community governance work of the Hong Kong SAR government.
