Amazing!
Hi! I ordered a Birkenstock yesterday May 30,2020. I thought it would take a week due to this pandemic, but to my surprise they called me this morning May 31, 2020 and told me they will deliver my order! That was so fast! But the thing is that they are only accepting credit card. It’s better if they can also accept debit card. But anyway, thank you 6th Street Qatar! Will definitely order again!

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
This happened last April. I ordered shoes and they delivered a wrong size. Immediately after I received the item I called their customer service hotline to inform them that they delivered a wrong size item. They said it will picked up and only after that they can refund my money. Since then, I have been calling them every week to follow up. Its now August and still nothing happened. Its totally unacceptable. I talked to their customer service always promising that they will get the item but its already 4 months and still no action. THIS IS THE WORST THAT I’VE EVER EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONLINE SHOPPING APP!
