Amazing!

Hi! I ordered a Birkenstock yesterday May 30,2020. I thought it would take a week due to this pandemic, but to my surprise they called me this morning May 31, 2020 and told me they will deliver my order! That was so fast! But the thing is that they are only accepting credit card. It’s better if they can also accept debit card. But anyway, thank you 6th Street Qatar! Will definitely order again!

Won’t refund me after returning item

I have been a regular customer of 6th street app. What mostly mattered to me is the return process and the refund policy. It seemed to be easy and straightforward.
However, I have been trying nonstop to get a 201 Qar refund, for three months (since February 2024).
I called more than four times and sent two emails, all in vain. They were trying to blame my bank and made me go back and forth between them and the bank and still no money back.
It is not a matter of money for me, it is more a matter of trust. I have removed the application from my phone and it doesn’t matter anymore whether I get the refund or not.
I hope this helps you check whether your refunds request have been processed or not. Go check and make sure you are on the safe side.
