1. It is advisable to start with the Advice section.
2. Then you do the initiation sessions which are free.
The body reading session will be beneficial to you immediately to better manage your stress or your sleep.

Repeat your favorite sessions several times and you will feel different sensations each time.

After the session, make a note of your feelings in the "pheno-calendar" section that will be presented to you.
You can then do the other sessions. Don't hesitate to do them several times as for a sports training in order to progress.

In addition to the free sessions, Accord-sophro offers you a subscription that gives you access to all the sessions, advice, agenda and statistics.

"The Wisdom 1 month " : at 9,99 € or 9,99 € month.
"The Sage 6 months ": at 42,99 € or 7€ per month
"Grand Sage 1 year ": at 72,99 € or 6 € per month
- The payment will be debited from your Itunes account after confirmation of your order. The subscription is renewable by tacit agreement for an identical period.
- The subscriber can request the cancellation of the renewal on his Itunes account at least 24 hours before the expiration date.
- The user can deactivate the automatic renewal by going to the settings of his account after the purchase.
