Font color not clear
In the last update you have changed the font color to white while the box is light color as well we cannot see what are we typing please get it back to black

Eazy to use app provides access to many service and saved me trips to the bank branch to perform my banking needs besides providing full overview of my accounts
Very bad experience
The C.S asked me to uninstall the app/ reinstall the update.
in The update , I have to register my device and it shows I can do with Eqtisadi card.
And whenever I try, it doesnt work then CS says that eqtisadi is not applicable for registering the device.
Like seriously guys?? The apps are supposed to make life easier. But any way your whole customer experience is always the worst Mashalla
