1. For AnyTrans fails to detect your Android device to computer with the USB cable issue, would you please kindly try the following suggestions?
a. Check whether you are using the latest version of AnyTrans. If not, please download it from our website below: https://www.imobie.com/go/download.php?product=ati
b. Check if you have enabled USB debugging option in Settings.
c. Reconnect the iOS device or give another USB cable a try.
d. Please make sure your Android device can be detected by the computer.
e. Check whether you have the latest version of USB Driver and ADB Driver on your computer and device. If not, download and update from your Android device official website.
2. For AnyTrans fails to detect your Android device to computer with Wi-Fi, would you please kindly try the following suggestions?
a. Please kindly uninstall AnyTrans app on your Android device and reinstall it from our official website. Please visit the URL below via your Android phone browser to install it on your phone. Here is the download link:

b. Please kindly connect your Android device to computer with the same Wi-Fi.
3. For AnyTrans fails to detect your iOS device, would you please kindly try the following suggestions?
a. Reconnect the iOS device or give another USB cable a try.
b. Please make sure iTunes can read your device properly and please also trust this computer when the device is connected. If not, please reinstall your iTunes. If you download iTunes from Microsoft Store, please kindly uninstall iTunes:
