If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.

Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.
The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

Log In and OTP issues in BDO online apps
It used this apps 3 months ago with my biometrics facial password and it was working fine. Suddenly before the Valentines Day, I tried to login but the facial recognition wasn’t there and I was able to go to the manual login with my login details. It was not successful login and I tried to reset my password with the required details. But unfortunately, to confirm that I am the user, OTP doesn’t came. I tried again and again but still the OTP doesn’t come.
Face Id not working
I have this app in my iphone 14 pro Max and today i opened this app but the face id is not working during log in and even if i try to enable it and enter a pin for that it says the app cant do that right now. I guess the app have a problem. Please fix it, face id is muchly needed, it save time. Now i want to send money but the transaction will not proceed bec tye face id is not working. Please help
Transaction History lacks important information
No proper history of account balance before and after the transaction. If you did not login to check your balance prior to any transaction for ex. Transferring funds to your account then, you wouldn’t know if you received the actual exact amount. You will only see the transfer transaction but no way to check if the amount was all accounted for.
